• Be prepared. Make sure you have all the necessary tools and equipment on hand.
• Be efficient. You're likely to be very busy, so it's important to be able to work quickly and efficiently. Have your tools and paperwork in order.  
• Be flexible. Hail damage can be unpredictable, so it's important to be able to adapt to different situations.  Many of these storms have produced light to hammered (multi centered) damage.
• Be patient. If you are new, PDR is a skilled trade that takes time and practice to master.
